It is a Sanskrit word that translates as
'change' - 'transformation' - 'without pride'
Nirmana can be translated many different ways in the East and truly points to the deep, transformational, creative process of releasing oneSelf from the bondage of ego. This space was created to support you in this process, to serve as a safe haven for you to rest & unwind & explore the multidimensional facets of your being. In this space you are free to be seen & heard in your many ranges of expression from dark to light. In this space, we welcome you to come home to the sanctuary of Self where Peace is your birthright.

YOGA TEACHER TRAININGS & COURSES
Nirmana Yoga Loft is a Registered School of Yoga with the Canadian Yoga Alliance and is accredited to certify new teachers at the 200-hour training level and additional continuing education credits. All of our training programs are created in accordance with the Canadian Yoga Alliance guidelines for Yoga Teacher Training.
In addition to our 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training we also are working on a 300-hr YTT, as well as additional continuing education credits for Yoga Teachers such as our upcoming Yin Yoga Certification. Our in-house Astrologer Cristyna teaches an Astrology 101 course called Cosmic Connections and our in-house Reiki Master Caitlin has both Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 certification programs upcoming.
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
We believe that the truth is one, but the paths are many and so we seek to provide our community with many different types of workshops within the realms of spirituality, self-realization, and healing. These workshops range from Sacred Sound Ceremonies, Breathwork, Inner Journey Practices, Astrology 101, Full Moon Circles, Community Healing Circles, Self-Hypnosis & Yoga Nidra and so much more.
We keep our monthly membership costs low so that our students may continue to expand upon the techniques and practices that they are integrating on their spiritual journey with additional workshops & events.
PRIVATE HEALING SESSIONS
Our experienced faculty offer a broad range of alternative healing modalities such as Reiki Energy Healing, Past Life Regression, Intuitive Tarot Readings, Astrology & Birth Chart Analysis, Spiritual Guidance, and more. Our team is committed to supporting you in the ways that we know best as you navigate your unique journey.
