Embracing the Feminine

Service Description

In this world, women are expected to do it all, have it all and continue to care for others before themselves. As a result we are seeing more and more burnout, exhaustion, anxiety, and depression. In this workshop we will gain an understanding of conditioning that occurs in our adolescence which carries us into adulthood and into all of our relationships. We'll use techniques to identify and dismantle beliefs and behaviours that are no longer serving us so that we can step powerfully into the Divine and Radiant Feminine within. Reconnect with your soul, your senses, and your Divine feminine energy in this 2-hour workshop. Learn self-care techniques and practices that you can incorporate into your lifestyle in order to continue to nurture this aspect of yourself and balance your feminine and masculine energies. We'll close our time together with a Kundalini Yoga Set and Meditation that will assist in connecting us to the divine feminine energy within. $50.00 + hst

Cancelation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel a class last minute so that we can invite someone from the waitlist to take your place. We understand that life happens, not to worry, if you are unable to show up for class, we will remove your booking so that you don't lose a class pass.
