Service Description

Join Yoga Teacher and Sound Practitioner, Caitlin Graup, as she guides you through a deep listening journey to evoke a sense of peace and relaxation for body and mind. Let the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, rainstick, chimes and more wash over your senses creating a supportive place to drop into enchantment - a feeling of great pleasure or delight; a state of being ‘under a spell’. Come for an evening of bliss and let the vibrations take you on a journey into deep relaxation, perhaps even entering a dream-like state, allowing the sounds to create a space for you to reconnect with yourself, for you are your own healer. For best experience, please wear comfortable layers for warmth. If you have your own favourite yoga props, bring those & anything else you need to feel cozy and comfortable. $37 + hst

Cancelation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel a class last minute so that we can invite someone from the waitlist to take your place. We understand that life happens, not to worry, if you are unable to show up for class, we will remove your booking so that you don't lose a class pass.
