Service Description

Release your week with this powerful practice of posture, breathwork, concentration, and meditation. Join us every Friday for a unique class that guides students to release physical tension and stagnant energy via a 30 minute posture practice, enjoy a halfway point savasana followed by pranayama (breathing techniques) and a short meditation to bring mind, body, and spirit into a state of peaceful coherence. The postures will be a combination of standing and seated with fluid vinyasa style transitions with plenty of modifications to support all levels of practice. No previous yoga experience necessary. This is a great class to deepen your personal practice and/or to begin a meditation practice.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel a class last minute so that we can invite someone from the waitlist to take your place. We understand that life happens, not to worry, if you are unable to show up for class, we will remove your booking so that you don't lose a class pass.
