Service Description

This class takes a lighthearted approach to hatha yoga, inviting a sense of play and curiosity into the practice as we explore different ways of moving the body. Each week you'll be invited to try different breathwork techniques and to tune into your breath, grounding & centering the mind. The postures are practiced from standing to seated in a step-by-step method without the flow of a Vinyasa style practice. This class is open to all levels of practitioner with the odd challenging pose thrown in just for fun.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel a class last minute so that we can invite someone from the waitlist to take your place. We understand that life happens, not to worry, if you are unable to show up for class, we will remove your booking so that you don't lose a class pass.
