Healing Vibrations

Service Description

Join Jessi and Megan for a transcendent evening of deep rest, relaxation, and inner exploration. Allow the deep healing vibrations of the crystal sound bowls and other instruments to lull you into a trancelike state of deep presence and awareness. You are invited to surrender into a deep listening journey supported by spoken word and contemplative prose curated to guide you through a self-realization process. When the body and mind are at rest while awareness remains present, we are able to access our subconscious mind and begin to rewire our belief system and inner dialogue for deeper spiritual healing. This experience allows you to become blissfully present and creates a safe space for inner exploration. The process is accompanied by group, and individual reiki throughout the journey, holding you in loving awareness while you move through your inner exploration. Please bring: - layers (body temperature does go down as we rest) - yoga mat - pillow & extra blanket (optional) - journal & pen (optional) Upcoming Event: TBA

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel a class last minute so that we can invite someone from the waitlist to take your place. We understand that life happens, not to worry, if you are unable to show up for class, we will remove your booking so that you don't lose a class pass.
