Caelan Wilson offers a self-empowering approach to his Holistic Counselling and Soul-Aligned Coaching that allows each client to transform from within and build genuine momentum in their healing and growth journey. With safe and empowering facilitation, he guides clients into the root source of their ancestral and childhood trauma to allow a deep somatic release, nervous system reset and ultimately, a sense of clarity beyond limited programming & internalized beliefs. To facilitate this re-alignment with our authentic self, Caelan creates a strong lasting impact through weaving together Somatic Experiencing healing techniques, Inner Child "Parts Work", Conscious Connected Breathwork, Reiki healing and Energetic Cord Clearing, Cranial Sacral Therapy, meditation, and re-attunement with our "inner compass". In learning these tools, he has devoted his life to supporting individuals, couples and groups in awakening to an authentic connection with self, other and nature.
