Service Description

Join Adam for this 2-part workshop series that will introduce new & seasoned practitioners alike into the playful practice of arm balances and inversions. Drop-in classes just don't provide enough time and individual support to help students learn to master these techniques, so we have created something special just for you! Adam is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training, as well as a gymnastics coach with a strong personal inversion practice. You will be sure to learn a lot from him, and to have fun while you do it as play is an important part of this practice. He will be bringing with him some props from the gymnastics studio he works at in order to ensure that we can learn & play safely.
