Service Description

Meditation is the ultimate goal & most advanced form of yoga according to ancient Vedic texts. All physical yoga postures are practiced with the intention to make the body a comfortable place in which to sit for the purpose of meditation. In this class you'll learn different forms of meditation from classical yogic methods to guided meditation practices and everything in-between. Class begins with gentle movement & breathwork to prepare for meditation practice.
