Drop into the body for a practice of deep release. This class starts with gentle movement and breath awareness and moves into a flowing restorative style of practice with the support of many props and (optional) hands on massage. Let go of the tension accumulated in the body with this gentle release class so that you can move into the rest of the week with connection, clarity & ease.
Please let us know if you need to cancel a class last minute so that we can invite someone from the waitlist to take your place. We understand that life happens, not to worry, if you are unable to show up for class, we will remove your booking so that you don't lose a class pass.
