This two-hour specialty class is a favourite! Begining with gentle movements to help cultivate breath awareness and arrive in the space, and moving into restorative postures for deep rest & relaxation. While in these poses, Gillian makes her way to each student using Thai Massage techniques on the scalp, neck, back, arms, hands, legs and feet to stretch and soothe the body. Essential oils complement each of the poses to allow you to find a deeper of relaxation. Limited space available - book now to save your space!
