Service Description

The pace in a vinyasa flow class can move pretty quickly and can be intimidating for those new to the physical practice of yoga. Join Caitlin for this 2-hour workshop as we: - slow down and break down the key poses of our Sun Salutations (think down-dog, up-dog, chaturanga, plank, and more!) - explore different variations of the poses and mindful transitions - learn about the more common misalignments and make sure we’re working towards a variation of each pose that is safe for and works best in our own unique bodies We’ll slowly piece everything back together and explore how to link our movements with our breath. With this understanding, we can set the foundation for a strong, flowing and expansive practice and allow ourselves to delve a little deeper into this fluid and creative style of yoga! This workshop is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to more seasoned practitioners looking to refine their alignment.
