Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice with an emphasis on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues; fascia, ligaments, tendons, with the intention of increasing blood flow and circulation to the joints and cultivating a deep, physical release that fosters more flexibility & awareness. Poses are practiced with the support of blocks, blankets, bolsters and other props to support the sustained depth of each pose while providing the stability of the props. No experience needed, wear comfortable layered clothing for best experience.
Please let us know if you need to cancel a class last minute so that we can invite someone from the waitlist to take your place. We understand that life happens, not to worry, if you are unable to show up for class, we will remove your booking so that you don't lose a class pass.
