BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Awaken - slow moving with a focus on breath, mindfulness & body awareness
Unwind - slow moving with a focus on breath, mindfulness & body awareness
Release - dynamic movement followed by restorative postures & optional hands on assists
Recalibrate - gentle & flowing movement followed by yin postures to release tension & stress
Kundalini - breathwork, mantra, kriyas, meditation, most postures held for 3 minutes
*All restorative classes gentle and passive with a deep stretch - great for beginners*
CHALLENGING
Slow - a slower version of Flow with an emphasis on breath & postural awareness
Flow - fast-paced practice linked with breath, challenging postures & tricky transitions
Fusion - a fusion of different style of yoga into a strong & diverse physical practice
Play - a flow style practice that workshops different postures to challenge the body & mind
RESTORATIVE
Rest - restorative poses practiced seated or reclined with lots of props, breath awareness, and philosophy
Yin - postures that offer a deep stretch that targets connective tissue held for several minutes (use of props)
Calm - a flowing restorative with props, slow moving and low to the ground with breath & body awareness
Reflect - a yin/restore practice with props, an introspective, contemplative approach & invitation to journal
OTHER PRACTICES
Meditate - gentle stretches & breathwork followed by different meditation techniques
Philosophy & Tea - a contemplative exploration of yoga philosophy (no physical movement)
Kirtan - a heart-centered bhakti signing/chanting meditation class, prayer through vibration & sound
