300-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING ENROLLMENT
Embarking on a 300-hour YTT is an opportunity to expand upon the concepts introduced in a 200-hour training and to deepen your understanding, integration, and application of these concepts. This training is broken down into modules in order for you to chip away slowly at your continuing education credits and complete them as time and budget permit. These modules run over a one year period with the option to complete your full 300-hours within the first year. Deepening our knowledge and study of the practice of yoga is the sacred duty of all practicing yoga teachers so that we may best represent the culture and lineages from which these teachings originate. Be prepared to deepen your relationship with Sanskrit, to dive deep into yoga philosophy and the study of ancient Vedic texts, and to explore at great length the 4 paths of yoga which allow us to integrate the yoga of the mind, the yoga of the heart, the yoga of action, and the yoga of discipline.
At Nirmāṇa ॐ School of Yoga our faculty is always involved in continuing education, self-study, and the practice of expansion. We are so passionate about our own personal growth and the ongoing evolution of consciousness within our community, and we are always striving towards offerings that embody the full essence of yoga. It is our deepest intention to continue to study, learn, and grow from the traditional teachings in order to best represent these sacred practices in a world that has reduced yoga to a form of physical fitness.
