COMMON QUESTIONS

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

All of our classes, with the exception of the Advance class, are suitable for all levels of experience. Each teacher will put their unique spin on the classes and provide modifications for the poses so as to make the practice inclusive for all. An Unwind class would be the slowest pace of all the classes, with the exception of the Rest class which is very passive, and a great one to begin with if you're unsure

CAN I ACCESS YOUR ONLINE CLASSES AT ANY TIME?

At this present time we do not offer virtual classes, although we may expand in that direction if requested by our members. We prefer to see our students face to face to facilitate the best experience possible, and there is something very powerful about gathering in like-minded community.

WHO CAN ENROLL IN YOUR YTT?

A Yoga Teacher Training program is a huge commitment and is not something that should be entered into casually. We recommend this training to those who have a sincere interest in the heart & soul of the practice and are seeking to deepen their own understanding of yoga. Whether you have practiced for 6 months or 10 years, this course is designed to meet you where you are and take you deeper. It is helpful for all enrolled students to have a minimum of 6 months experience practicing yoga.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

This is a space for respite, for solitude, and for deep transformation. In order to keep this a safe space we ask that all students keep voices low and talking to a minimum before and after class. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early for class, and those who arrive early often do so to enjoy the peace & tranquility so please be respectful to those around you. There is a cafe & lounge area for anyone who would like to chat and catch up and this area is just outside the studio and always open.
