Join Jessi, Tiana, and Adam in sacred circle for a powerful Autumn Equinox ceremony weaving together ancient earth-based practices, movement, breathwork, and the transformative medicine of the temazcal sweat ritual. The temazcal, an ancestral healing ritual used throughout Mesoamerican and Indigenous traditions, is a womb-like dome where heated stones are brought to life with steam, song, and prayer. As we enter the temazcal through three sacred doors, we journey through purification, release, and renewal, aligning body, mind, and spirit with the seasonal transition. We'll begin with a guided ritual around the fire to build a collective altar honoring the elements and the path walked by our ancestors. The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of cosmic balance of light and dark in perfect harmony. It invites us to slow down, reflect, and honor both our inner abundance as well as what we are ready to let go of as the days grow shorter.
