Roll out your mat and unwind with this slow moving class combining the benefits of breath & movement into a class that facilitates a deep stretch, and supports the student in releasing stress, energy, and tension. This class is perfect for those brand new to the practice of yoga, and anyone looking for an introspective practice & the respite of slow, gentle, and mindful movement. This practice incorporates seated, standing, and reclined postures, some of which may activate some strength in the body to balance the postures that provide a deep stretch. Each teacher brings their own unique style to this posture practice which is taught in an inclusive way, making it a great starting point for beginners.
