PREREQUISITES

It would stand to reason that a strong interest in the practices of yoga would guide someone in the direction of wanting to deepen their understanding. There are no physical prerequisites for this training, although it is ideal if you have some experience in any form of yoga from yin & restorative to hatha & ashtanga flow. We will cover a broad range of poses and examine the teaching styles for a few different styles of yoga, including more gentle and restorative practices.

We take an inclusive approach to yoga, meeting people where they are in various ranges of motion & mobility. We offer cues & modifications, supportive props, suggestions to cultivate body awareness, and verbal guidance to help you navigate the postures safely.
