There are no physical prerequisites for this training, although it is ideal if you have some experience in any form of yoga from yin & restorative to hatha & ashtanga flow. We will cover a broad range of poses and examine the teaching styles for a few different styles of yoga, including more gentle and restorative practices.

We take an inclusive approach to yoga, meeting people where they are in various ranges of motion & mobility. We offer cues & modifications, supportive props, suggestions to cultivate body awareness, and verbal guidance to help you navigate the postures safely.
